Shipping

During our first phase of growth, orders are made at purchase and typically ship with 48-72 hours. However, this may be longer during large sales, promotions, product releases, and holidays. We consider business days to be Monday through Friday, and do not include public holiday and weekends.

Shipping delivery time varies depending on the method, destination, and shipping provider. Delivery times are based on the given information from the shipping providers. We DO NOT guarantee the shipping provider will deliver your order within these delivery speeds.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep in mind the tracking information typically does not update and will not show any information for up to 24-48 hours until the shipping provider has scanned your package.

While we try our best, we’re humans and makes can get made sometimes. But don’t worry, we will get that taken care of for you! Please provide us a clear and visible image(s) with good lighting showing the incorrect or damaged product along with the view of the packing slip provided in your order.
